Ontario Summer Camps

Since 1995 Safari Zoo Camp has offered a unique program specializing in experiential learning experiences with wildlife. Campers work together with skilled zoo keeping personnel to care for a variety of rare and endangered animals. Participants are able to help with animal watering, feeding, cleaning and behavioural enrichment projects.

Northwaters is a canoe and outdoor adventure camp for young women. Our expedition is a 3-½ week canoe camp that helps furnish girls with the tools to be strong woman in our culture- women who embrace femininity, adventure, integrity, challenge and community. It's an experience that will empower girls to understand who they are and what type of woman they want to be.

Kodiak campers range from 6-18 years of age and incorporate children & teens with and without ADHD, Learning Disabilities, NLD & High-functioning Asperger Syndrome. Campers come from Canada, the United States and around the world. Our program includes over 50 sports & activities, a social skills program, and an academic program. We strive to build self-esteem and confidence by structuring activities to ensure success.

Deep in the tranquil beauty of the north woods, Camp du Nord is a getaway destination for families, groups and individuals. Du Nord offers a natural setting that promotes relaxation, exploration and community. Camp is located on Burntside Lake near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and offers miles of hiking and skiing trails, as well as family and group programs all through the year.

Along the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in northeastern Minnesota, Camp Menogyn is uniquely located to explore the finest wilderness areas in North America. We focus on canoeing, backpacking and rock climbing trips for teens. Through these wilderness trips teens build leadership skills, gain confidence and explore amazing places.

Camp Cherith provides children with a community of caring adults, who nurture experiential education that results in self-respect and appreciation for God and His creation. All of the outcomes - self-identity, self-worth, self-esteem, leadership, and self-respect - build personal competencies. These personal competencies are reflected in the four "C's" of the Camp Cherith community: Christ centered, commitment, compassion and character!

Wilderness canoeing expeditions embarking from a Canadian island base camp with an emphasis on personal growth, leadership development, and expedition skills. While adventuring in the Temagami Wilderness, the Langskib program teaches and models confidence, cooperation, commitment, self-awareness, compassion, respect and common sense.
