Teen Wilderness Adventure Camp
Camp Widjiwagan offers programs for teens, ages 11–18. Canoeing and backpacking trips are available for a variety of skill levels. Wilderness trips progress in difficulty, giving campers an opportunity to build on their wilderness and leadership skills with new challenges year after year. Our Outdoor Leadership Development program is a weeklong session in northern Minnesota that teaches leadership skills to teenagers.

Our activities, like canoeing, archery and horseback riding, help boys and girls (ages 7 to 16) of all backgrounds and abilities to build integrity, self-reliance, and leadership. By living with other campers, they learn to work together and exhibit the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Located in Wisconsin's Northwoods, individual activity programming is determined by abilities and interests, enabling campers to meet and interact with campers outside of their cabin group. We focus on canoeing, backpacking and rock climbing trips for teens. Through these wilderness trips teens build leadership skills, gain confidence and explore amazing places.
